Synergics Hydro (India) Pvt. Ltd. (SHIPL) is a fully owned subsidiary of Synergics Energy Development Inc., USA, which is a member of Synergics Group of Companies in the United States. Other group companies are Synergics Inc., Synergics Energy Services and Synergics Wind Energy. Synergics Inc., founded in 1980, was one of the earliest independent power company in the United States. They are involved in various facets of power plant development, asset management, consulting engineering and operation and maintenance of plants utilizing green renewable energy, viz., hydropower and wind energy. In the past 29 years Synergics Group has developed more than 22 power facilities & has provided technical services to most of them. Synergics Energy Development, USA, has technical collaboration with Voith Siemens Hydropower Generation, Germany. Presently, Synergics is developing 100 MW wind power project in USA.
